With an extensive background in technology and digital transformation, Richard brings nine years of experience in automation, artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies.

Richard is a seasoned leader known for his customer and employee experience solutions expertise. Throughout his career, he has successfully driven change across operations, technology, process, and data solutions to enable organizations to successfully deliver on their digital transformation journeys.

Prior to joining Tquila Automation, Richard led teams at global CX technology enterprises, Sitel Group and SYKES Digital Services, where he led the consolidation of several acquisitions and go-to-markets. Preceding that, he was instrumental in the setting up and scaling of Symphony Ventures, the future of work and automation pureplay provider, taking it from startup to exit.

With his deep understanding of the digital landscape, Richard is poised to lead and expand Tquila Automation’s business in the EMEA region. Enabling their clients to achieve growth, operational efficiency, and richer digital experiences with emerging technologies.
