The team at InHealth aims to provide the best in patient care and staff support. With around 60 team members joining each month, tasks in areas such as HR, finance, legal and procurement can take away valuable time with patients.

To ensure patients remained at the heart of InHealth, Tquila designed and implemented an automation strategy utilizing UiPath RPA software to scale back time on administrative duties to increase the valuable time spent providing care and coverage. As implementation partners with UiPath, Tquila played a role in each step of the automation process, ensuring the team was informed and prepared for the delivery.

“We had excellent external partners to help get us off the ground with our first process,” Sanghera says. “Their guidance, training, insights and feedback were vital in building our approach. We didn’t do everything right first time but sharing knowledge and experiences while collaborating on solutions allowed us to get it right second time round.”
