A global aerospace company with thousands of suppliers across multiple sites wanted to automate their accounts payable process and ERP data entry. Each site had a slightly different process, and so a scaleable intelligent document processing solution was required with UiPath Document Understanding.
Automating an Accounts Payable process
Using UiPath Document Understanding, we developed two custom machine learning models for a single site. The customer models were trained using 100 invoices and 100 credit notes to extract, interpret and process information as part of the accounts payable process. Once the first site is onboarded, the vision is to scale the approach across other sites.
